KRISTEN A. KLINETOB, Associate
Prior to KRISTEN KLINETOB joining Atwood & Cherny, P.C. Kristen was an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, operating principally out of the Boston Municipal Court, Central Division. Her area of concentration was Criminal Practice and Procedure. Kristen represented the Commonwealth throughout all stages of criminal cases and advocated on behalf of victims at every turn. During her time as a prosecutor, Kristen also served as the attorney overseeing Mental Health Court. 

Kristen will be dedicating her practice to divorce and family law matters including asset division, alimony and support awards, child custody, parenting plans, modification, contempt actions, and pre-nuptial agreements. In her time at law school, Kristen was a 3:03 certified student prosecutor in the Lawrence District Court of Essex County, as well as the Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court of Suffolk County.
