ALANNA E. MAHNKE, Associate
ALANNA E. MAHNKE is an associate attorney with the law firm of Atwood & Cherny. Prior to becoming an associate, Alanna served as one of the firm’s Law Clerks. Alanna handles complex divorce actions and other domestic relations matters, including child custody disputes, alimony and support awards, parenting plans, modification and contempt actions, and pre-nuptial agreements. While in law school, Alanna served as a Law Clerk for the Chief Justice of the Probate Family Court and First Justice of Suffolk County Probate and Family Court as part of Suffolk University’s Judicial Internship Program. In addition, Alanna participated in Suffolk Law’s Family Advocacy Program as a 3:03 Certified Student Attorney, providing legal support for victims of domestic violence, and served as a Note Editor for Suffolk University Law Review. Prior to law school, Alanna worked as an editor for a publishing company of academic journals.
