GRETEL MARIE DUFRESNE, Associate
GRETEL MARIE DUFRESNE was previously with Atwood & Cherny from 2003 through 2008.  In 2008, she relocated with her husband to Southern California. Gretel was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009 and was an associate with the law firm Phillips, Whisnant, Gazin, Gorczyca & Curtin, LLP in Newport Beach, California where she concentrated in the practice of family law and was an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Family Law Section.  After three and a half years on the West Coast, Gretel and her family returned to Massachusetts and she rejoined Atwood & Cherny, P.C., where she concentrates in family law.   Gretel has extensive experience with all aspects of domestic relations law, including the settling and litigating of divorce, modification, paternity, and contempt cases, and appellate family law work.
