JOSEPH W. DeCARO is an associate attorney with the law firm Atwood and Cherny, P.C.. Joseph’s practice focuses primarily on complex domestic relations matters including divorce, custody, restraining orders and post-judgment matters.
Before joining the firm, Joseph served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases in the Dorchester Division. He handled all stages of litigation, including complex jury trials and pre-trial motions. He also gained experience in Boston Juvenile Court, where he worked on various criminal matters.
