JASON L. LAND, Associate
JASON L. LAND is an associate with Atwood & Cherny, P.C.  Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Michael P. Joyce.  He helped to represent numerous Plaintiffs across all phases of litigation who were suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.  During law school, Jason also spent one summer clerking for the esteemed Judge Young in the District Court of Massachusetts, gaining further insight and experience in civil litigation.

Jason will be dedicating his practice to divorce and family law matters, including alimony and support awards, child custody, parenting plans, and contempt actions.  While in law school, Jason served as an Associate and later as an Executive Article Editor on Law Review.  Jason was also the recipient of 6 CALI Awards, including for mediation and negotiation.  He graduated 2nd in his class.
