Attorney Sambataro represents clients in the area of family law and domestic relations matters. Attorney Sambataro received his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Sambataro served as Deputy Chief of Staff to a New York State Assembly Member.
Attorney Sambataro received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was a Quarterfinalist in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition for his oral argument and brief. At Boston College Law School, Attorney Sambataro was also a Student Attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where he represented small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits in corporate formation and governance, intellectual property protection, and tax matters. Prior to joining Atwood & Cherny, P.C., after graduating Boston College Law School Attorney Sambataro worked with a small domestic relations firm. Attorney Sambataro was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2022. He is also a member of the National Italian American Bar Association. In his free time, Attorney Sambataro enjoys playing baseball, cooking, and passionately rooting for the Buffalo Bills. |
