Erica J. Lubans joined Atwood & Cherny as a law clerk in May 2007, and was hired by the firm as an attorney after graduating from law school in 2008.

Ms. Lubans is a graduate of Deerfield Academy, Deerfield, Massachusetts (1998), a graduate of Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio (B.A., 2002) and received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts (J.D., 2008).

Ms. Lubans is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
